About Farepop

Avello Pty Ltd (ABN 37 703 637 601), trading as Avello Studios, provides Farepop, a paid service that helps you discover flight fares. Farepop is not a travel agent and does not sell airline tickets. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Avello Pty Ltd.

Your account

You need an account to use Farepop. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

You can delete your account at any time in Profile.

Subscriptions

Access to deals requires an active subscription. Prices, trial terms and renewal periods are shown before you subscribe and are charged by Apple or Google.

The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains trials, renewals and cancellation.

Fares and bookings

Fares are information about prices we observed at a particular time. They can change or sell out before you book.

When you book, you contract with the airline or travel provider, whose terms apply to the booking, baggage, changes and refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or automatically collect content from Farepop, or interfere with the service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from fare changes, provider decisions or bookings you make with third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
