Refund and Cancellation Policy

Trials and renewal

If a free trial is available to you, its length and the amount payable after it are shown before you subscribe. Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase.

Cancelling

Cancel future renewals in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or from Profile, then Subscription, then Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid the first charge.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, which handle refund requests under their policies.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer guarantee or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe Farepop has not provided the service described, contact us and we will help, including with a refund request where the law requires one.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged incorrectly, email [email protected] with the date of the charge. We will work with you and the store to fix it.
