Delete your Farepop account

In the app

Open Farepop, go to Profile, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Farepop account”. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

This permanently deletes your account, preferences, saved deals and alert history. It cannot be undone.

We keep only records we must keep by law, such as transaction records held for tax purposes.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first so you are not charged again. Apple subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions
